Founding Installation is a defined-scope, one-time deployment of XOPON Revenue Recovery response and follow-up controls.

• Price: $500 USD one-time unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• No long-term contract is required for the initial founding deployment.
• XOPON does not guarantee revenue outcomes.
• Refunds: if installation has not started within 14 days of payment and the buyer cancels in writing, unused fees may be refunded; after installation work begins, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Buyer must provide accurate operational information and authorized access to required systems.
